History

Home Preservation Services started from small beginnings but has grown into a well-established, reputable company.  We now focus completely on restoration mainly completing projects in Amersham and surrounding areas.

1972

Home Preservation Services was founded in High Wycombe, as a remedial company.

1995

Home Preservation Services branched out into restoration and our first major project was at the Griffin in Old Amersham, High Street for Simon Bridbury Properties, who we are pleased to say we have a long standing working relationship with. Sixteen years later we are still working for them.

2011

Nominated for the extension of the year by Caroline Hunter of Chiltern District Council - for a traditional exposed oak  timber framed and lime rendered extension in Jordans.

2014

Nominated for Best Local Builder or Traditional Craftsman of the year by Caroline Hunter of Chiltern District Council - in the LABC Building Awards. We were awarded Highly Commended for a complete restoration project in Hawridge.

2015 

Nominated for Best Local Tradesman of the year by Caroline Hunter of Chiltern District Courncil - in the LABC Building Awards. For our works on Bury Farm Old Amersham and Orchard House in Coleshill.
